First Contact: Please use the contact form on the home page. Once a client relationship is established we can establish the most appropriate modality for you.
Working Hours: Our working hours are very flexible and once a client relationship is established we will arrange mutually appropriate and suitable discussion times.
Initial Assessment: The first discussion session will give you the opportunity o discover of we are The right people to help you, to answer your questions and between us, to decide on a program.
This session is usually, but not always, fairly brief and free of cost.
Privacy and Confidentiality: All of our discussions are completely private and confidential. We Will NOT release any of your personal information. I strongly recommend that our clients take the same approach, however, there may be occasions when we need to share your information with other professional people such as medical personnel. We will only do this either with your written consent or in a serious life saving emergency. There is one exception to this policy.
Although we are extremely open and broad minded, if you reveal that you have committed a serious criminal offence we are ethically, legally and morally obliged to inform the appropriate authorities.
Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with the service we provide please tell us. We would rather end the relationship and refund your fees than engage in conflict, disagreement or disappointment. All we ask is that you be totally honest with us.
Fees: Fees vary depending on our time together, the complexity of the problem and your
Finances. Fees will be clearly discussed at our initial consultation and agreed upon in writing.
Referrals: On occasion we will suggest you consult other professionals such as Medical,Legal, Accountants etc. We do not accept referral fees from anyone and very seldom will We suggest a particular individual professional. Any referral will only be done with your Knowledge and written consent.
Session Length: Normally a session will go for about 50 minutes however this may be extended or reduced as needed at the time. We do our best to be as flexible as possible.
